I embrace interspirituality, emphasizing interconnectedness and focusing on practice rather than belief.

This article highlights my experiences in Crestone, Colorado, a unique community home to diverse spiritual centers representing traditions like Buddhism, Christianity, and Hinduism.

Although beliefs may differ, practices can be remarkably similar.

We can adopt a "soft focus" approach to appreciate the unique strengths of different traditions without embracing exclusive doctrines.

I actively engage in multiple communities simultaneously, including Zen, Hindu, humanist, Quaker, and progressive Christian groups.

Ultimately, this inclusive approach broadens my spirituality and fosters deep connections with several loving communities of deeply spiritual people.
