Juliette Fowler Communities service
This is a sermon that I delivered at a Christian worship service at Juliette Fowler Communities in Dallas, Texas.

Often, I use universal terms, rather than Christian terms, when I speak or write, because Christian terms can trigger some people, particularly those who have experienced religious trauma.
I reverted to Christian terms because I spoke at a Christian service. For instance, I frequently substituted the Christian word "God" for my neutral word "Ultimate Reality."
Because of the Christian framing, this short talk might connect the dots for some Christians who read my writing. Also, I covered a lot of ground in a short time, and I spoke from the heart.
Sunday was Pentecost, recalling when the early Christians received the Holy Spirit, so I emphasized three relevant aspects of my journey, including transformation, translation, and trust.
